Week 2 At Hot Springs

We just finished our second week at the Hot Springs and are leaving on Friday morning for Idaho. We’ve had a couple of restful and relaxing weeks here taking nature walks, soaking in the hot mineral pools, meeting fellow travelers, and soaking up the sun. It has been a couple weeks of heat wave temperatures at 100 degrees and above most days. Hopefully, we’ll see some cooling soon.

There are wildfires south of us that are starting to spread and the smoke is coming our way. We are posting a smoky sunset photo we took last night. The mountain range is barely visible in the background. Unfortunately, it was a bit worse today.

We had surprise visitors yesterday, which was fun! 😊 My (Steff) parent’s made the almost 5 hour drive out to visit us and hang out for a bit. They brought us our mail, which is being forwarded to them, and some much loved snacks. Yay!!! 😬👍🏻 The best parents in the world! 💗 We hope you are all well. Lot of love!
